Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (FPT), the first comprehensive real estate service provider in Thailand, reaffirms its potential to integrate sustainability concepts into its business operations. The company is well-prepared to address emerging risks and has clear operational guidelines to manage various issues, aligning with business opportunities and global trends. Recently, it received recognition and certification for three standards, demonstrating its success in business development focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles for the third consecutive year.
Key ESG achievements in 2022 include:
- Being selected as one of the sustainable stocks (THSI) of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
- Receiving a 5-star “Excellent” Corporate Governance (CG Rating) from the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD), supported by the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
- Achieving an A rating for sustainability disclosure in the Southeast Asia Diversified Business category according to GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), an international measurement standard.
